legs hurt just because im not back into running shape yet

ran most of the time but stayed back to help camille because her blood sugar was low and she was getting dizzy.

i enjoyed the scavenger hunt and ran more than i thought i would

ran most of the time (not very fast though) with little walking breaks.  did not make it to the bridge so we figured almost threeish or maybe 2.5

had that pain in my lower leg. it hurt the most when i was jogging, when i would walk it would hurt but graduatly get better, when running the 800 it felt okay and wasn't very irritating.

i ran almost the entire time, all but about a half mile or so.  my irritated muscle was fin the whole first mile but after that it really flared up so i would just walk until it cooled down.  i ran with camille also beause i feared that she would end up running alone if i didn't.  she stopped a couple times because of her IT band.

good trail run, able to run through irritated muscle pain and it felt good. IT band was goood after being rolled out yesterday.

i ran everything the best i could and my legs hurt a little but not to a stopping point very often. in the fartlek i kept becca running in the on part and she kept me jogging in the off part

my legs were hurting very bad and my IT band was giving me a lot of trouble

Just so you know, it was 1.55 to the rock pile. Foam roller for the IT and throw in an ice bath once in a while. Keep going but you need to listen to your body too.
